Here’s your PCSO-approved guide to a safe and smile-filled Pancake Day:

🥞 Flip pancakes, not common sense

If someone knocks offering “discounted home repairs,” remember — this is Pancake Day, not let‑me‑in‑your‑house day.

If in doubt… keep them out!

🥞 Watch the frying pan

Because the only thing getting burned today should be the first experimental pancake you pretend you “meant” to ruin.

🥞 Check on your neighbours

Some people are alone today — a kind word can go a long way.

(No need to deliver pancakes… unless they’re really good ones.)

🥞 Don’t get scammed

If someone calls asking for money urgently, it’s probably not a pancake emergency.

Scammers flip stories faster than we flip crepes.

🥞 Have fun — safely

Kids (and some adults 😂) may get overexcited with flipping.

Please aim upwards… not at siblings, pets, or unsuspecting PCSOs walking past.
